I am working on launching my website, so definitely look me up soon!  As well, I'm working on my makeup portfolio, so for all the models and stylists out there, contact me if you wanna take part.  If you wanna meet me, you can find me at M.A.C. at Fairview Mall.  I'm the Product Specialist there, so if you have any questions concerning your beauty needs, definitely come by and visit me.  Also, I'm part of M.A.C.'s Event Team, so although my home and my team is Fairview, you'll also catch me at other M.A.C. locations when there are big events/ new launches! I'll be one of the artists making you all up all day!

So far, I would have to say taking the initiative to tap into my talent of makeup artistry and starting out my home based business as an artist and beautician at an early age too!  I was only 19!!!

Cool career facts

Well, I never intended on taking makeup seriously!  At first, i thought I'd make a beauty room all for just me!  Then, while still contemplating it all, I thought I'd start taking clients, and if worse came to worst... I'd just have my own... my personal, BEAUTY ROOM!  What true girlie girl wouldn't love that!  Fortunately, i have succeeded and I'm still here and growing!  Thank you to those who believe in me :)

Hardest learned lesson

I learned that not everyone has good intentions for you, that people have their own motives.  So I am learning to give people the benefit of doubt, but not to be too trusting or naive.  That has been a hard lesson for me to learn.  But I'm back on the right track now, thanks to a few.  .

My Quotes

My husband has taught me a lot, and is helping me grow everyday by reminding me that we choose how we feel and that every day is a new day and it's up to us what we want to do with it.  He's a great philosopher, self taught, lol.  So although it's not my own phrase, it's enough to help me try and live up to it!  Thanks honey!

What inspires me

My self help books, lol!  Currently, I'm reading Anthony Robbins' 'The Giant Within'.  It's a great book.  I'd love to attend one of his seminars...  Inspiration for beauty comes at times from other artists I see around me.  But what moves me on a personal level is seeing other people achieve something great, to me that's a great role model that moves me in positive ways.  But just chat with me, put your mind with mine and be creative with me, you'll inspire me too!  Power in people! Lol.

Who inspires me in my city

My Mom ............................................. for being my friend when I've needed her the most, and for always being so strong.

Why Toronto inspires me

I used to think there was no life in T.O. But I see it differently now, there is a lot going on, and there are a lot of opportunities.

Who else inspires me

Oprah Winfrey . .................................. Actually, Oprah does inspire me, she's a genius!  I am inspired by all those people, not just women, out there that defy all odds and achieve unbelievable achievements even though they may come from an unfortunate background, or may have a terminal illness.  Women entrepreneurs that have made it on their own and juggle all other responsibilities, like their families!  That's amazing...
